Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once you have decided to utilize B&C for your animal care, we will set up an initial meet and greet to introduce ourselves to you and your pet. We will go over instructions for caring for your pet and accessing your property (if needed). We will go over our pet care agreement, which describes our obligations and the terms for our service. We will also provide information for you to access our portal, which will allow us to communicate with you and provide updates (and pictures and videos) for each visit.

  • We certainly can. This is a part of the services that we offer.

  • We operate out of Mesa, so we mostly serve the east valley. We can provide service to other locations in Phoenix, but depending on the travel distance, additional charges may apply.

  • We would need to discuss the specific situation with you to determine what steps we would need to take in order to avoid problem situations.

  • We would need to discuss the situation in advance. Under some circumstances, we may not be able offer service.

  • Currently, we are not set up to board animals.

  • Since we come from farming backgrounds, we can provide service for individual or small numbers of domestic outdoor animals such as chickens, horses, goats, pigs, etc. Our services include feeding and watering, basic pen/stall cleanliness, and exercise as needed. However, since owners each have their own unique animal care requirements, we would ask for detailed instructions during the initial meet and greet.
